A father... knows exactly what those boys at the mall have in their depraved little minds because he once owned such a depraved little mind himself. In fact, if he thinks enough about the plans that he used to have for young girls, the father not only will support his wife in keeping their daughter home but he might even run over to the mall and have a few of those boys arrested. ~Bill Cosby
On the first day of Jr. High I watched my suddenly grown up girl straighten her hair, put on make-up, and leave for school without me... for the first time ever... and I marveled at how fast baby girls grow up.
But on the night before the last day of Jr. High I realized just how fast they truly grow.
She has a brilliant mind, fantastic grades, great friends, and a delightful personality.
Her classmates voted her the class "Peacemaker".
She also has the proudest Mom around.

Oh my goodness!! She...seriously, took my breath away!!! Even though we've never met, when I saw that last picture, I just teared up a little, wanted to reach in a give her a hug (and not muss her that gorgeous hair!!)...and then pull up her dress in the front, just a little, so "her girls" aren't so 'out there'!! :-D
(I'm kidding, T,...just a little!)
Congratulations to ALL of you!!!
Congratulations! Your daughter is every mom's wish come true! Beautiful!
Oh she is lovely..she bloomed!!! I have five children from 28 down to 5, four of them are girls..poor Fox(10) - lol. I have one little one left, Nonni is 5 and starting kindergarten this Fall...it's killing me - lol. My next youngest girl is a Sr. this year. So wonderful and hard to see them grow up!! Namaste, Sarah
Good Lord, she is stunning! Gina!!!
And I don't think I realized how reddish her hair is, either.
Thank you for putting those photos up!
WOW! She is stunning! Just beautiful...inside and out!
gina!!!
what a gorgeous girlie you have - and i just LOVE that her expression is the same in both pics.
that dress looks a treat - love the accolades from skool X
I hope she enjoys her high school years. She is a beautiful girl & is lucky to have such great parents!
Oh wow, Gina, she's a knockout... your quote from Bill Cosby is so apt!
And of course you're proud, you're raising a girl who's beautiful in so many, many ways :).
Ick, I hate that first picture of me. ;]
Thank you, everyone. :]
Especially you, Mommy. :D
I loooooooooooovee you.
This just gave my heart a huge yank! A huge hug to you both for such a full, rich life. I have three daughters; the oldest just turned 10 and I can see moments of womanhood already flashing across her face. It's terrifying and exhilarating all at the same time!
You both are gorgeous girls!
