Missing my bloggy buddies
It looks like almost 80% of my favorite bloggers have been hit by a nasty Internet Explorer problem that is shutting down blogs as soon as they open. I had the same problem when I signed on tonight. After trying it about a million times I saw that everything was loading until it got to the site meter counter, which is the very last thing on my front page. I tried to go to sitemeter.com and it wouldn't open either... So I deleted my sitemeter html and bingo, my blog popped right up! So.. if you are having problems you might want to try it.

That was soooo annoying... thanks for that tip - it worked for me too!
I'm glad I could help Karen. Sitemeter now says the problem is fixed. I just added it back to my blog and so far it is working fine.
Holy Moly but that was making me crazy!! Not only blogs, but also a lot of the sites that I like to read!! Will keep your advice in mind just in case it happens again!!

You were SO on it. I was clueless. So glad it got fixed. Made me go to bed semi-early. Maybe a message from the universe.
Ah.. damn universe! I got a message from it early in the week when our internet went down for a day and a half. I was going crazy but I sure got a lot of housework done!
