I bet I know a whole bunch of Japanese people who would think, "well...it IS hemp" and run out and try to buy one....but not really understand what the English is all about!!!
You and I are NOT in the right profession...seriously...import/export...looking better all the time!!! :-D

Clearly I should ditch school and start designing crap for the eco conscientious. Don't get me wrong, I love my Trader Joe and Giant bags but come on, $150 grocery bag? I. Don't. Think. So!!

Pretty sad when going green is more about trying to impress. That is insane.

It has GOT to be a unit price. Still. How many in a unit? No, I'm sure that you are right -- $158 for that one bag. Holy crap.

Sigh. I guess I am just not cool enough to lug my groceries out of the store in those things. I would need 7 or 8, I estimate ...

Debbie, I have one hemp bag and I love it but it was free. There is no way to justify the price of this bag. Even in Japanese!

Nic, I'd call it eco-unconciousness and think (or hope) that there is a very narrow demographic for it.

Leeann, it's some kind of green...

Laura, Sadly no. 1 bag per. Nordstrom carries them. I expected better of a Seattle company.
